Steps to reproduce : 1. Open 3 different sites 2. Go into panorama view {View Menu > Tab Groups) or Ctrl+e 3. Move 2 tabs into another group 4. Click on the main tab and exit panorama view 4. Start private browsing mode (ctrl+shift+p) 5. Exit private browsing mode (ctrl+shift+p) Actual Results : Tab group are lost after coming out of private browsing mode. All the tabs are displayed in the main group. Once the panorama button is clicked, tabs are split into 3 different groups Expected Results : Tab groups should not be lost after coming out of private browsing mode. I can't remember if this was supposed to have been fixed recently (for beta 8), but if it was this has regressed recently. I am able to reproduce this problem on at least Mac, latest nightly. Nominating for blocking.

Pretty sure it's a dupe. We can reopen if somebody on the Panorama team says otherwise
