if you go the the page you get a popup when enter information in the texbox, you can't in firefox.
but when i open it in ie8 i can enter the information and even submit works.

it's strange..

Able to reproduce. Left click on the name field, unable to input name, but right clicking on the name field, cursor is placed and can input the name.

i confirm..  didn't notice that left click it's able to put info in..
right click doesn't..
