It seems that the trench on the right side of the screen (the side with the close panorama and search buttons) is too narrow; one can position tab groups partially on top of said buttons. This also reveals another (possible) bug: the open/close button has a higher z-index than the group background while the search icon has a lower z-index. 

I presume that this bug depends on (and/or will already be resolved in) bug 610271 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a tab group that is >300px tall
2. Drag said group to the top-right side of the screen
3. Observe the overlapping icons
