This error occurs when the computer is unused for a while and the screen saver appears
And then what happens? Please give alot more info. Try in a fresh profile, etc.
Version: unspecified → 3.6 Branch
As I described earlier, this error occurs when the computer is unused for a while and the screen saver appears. Thus, firefox gets stuck with the blank page. Hence, I can not access any tab, having to close firefox to open it again.
As the windows open a bug report, I sent for you to see if help with anything.
I believe this problem is preventing me to access the chat room of Yahoo. When I use Google Chrome or Explorer, I access Yahoo chat without problems. As I like Firefox, I am sending this error message to see if I can fix it, because I would not use another browser
The windows bug report info is useless. Did you try a fresh profile? Does the screensaver just come on, or does the computer go into hibernation or what?
Dear Tyler,

I am attaching a file with two figures to report the error that appears.

The problem appears after the screen saver starts. When re-active the computer (after the screen saver just come on) the firefox crashes.

it looks like you're using some extension (session manager <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2324/> ?). Please try disabling it / using safe mode.

Man, it's very complicated to do this. I do not have much experience. Is not there an easier way?
Help me please
I tried to follow the tips, but could not and then I was afraid to touch delicate things in the computer
you can try using:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/safe%20mode

if you don't have a problem when using safemode, then the problem is probably an extension. in which case i think the list from about:support#extensions-tbody (when not in safe mode?) would be helpful.

you can get more help from http://support.mozilla.com/chat
Thanks for your help
In safe mode the tabs previously open are lost?
