STR: It's important not to resize the browser window while doing these steps. window dims, non-maximized: 1445x1880 1) open perf stats 2) select branch: firefox 3) select Ts, cold MAX dirty profile 4) platform winnt 6.1 5) add-all (the horizontal and vertical scroll bars should show up while rendering) 6) select a small sub set of the data up top 7) click the Test drop down result: http://i55.tinypic.com/8vtctg.jpg

This also occurs with D3D10 layers, but not with Basic Layers. I had to size down my window significantly to reproduce this.

confirmed, no need for steps 6 & 7, just resize in horizontally until you see it.
