It's important not to resize the browser window while doing these steps.

window dims, non-maximized: 1445x1880

1) open perf stats
2) select branch: firefox
3) select Ts, cold MAX dirty profile
4) platform winnt 6.1
5) add-all
(the horizontal and vertical scroll bars should show up while rendering)
6) select a small sub set of the data up top
7) click the Test drop down

blocking2.0: --- → ?
gfx info:

Direct2D Enabled false
DirectWrite Enabled false
GPU Accelerated Windows1/1 Direct3D 9
This also occurs with D3D10 layers, but not with Basic Layers. I had to size down my window significantly to reproduce this.
confirmed, no need for steps 6 & 7, just resize in horizontally until you see it.
