steps to reproduce:
1. Start a new Firefox profile
2. Install "Nasa Night Launch" version- 0.6.20100827 from https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4908/versions/?page=1#version-0.6.20100827
3. Restart Firefox
4. Add-ons Manager-> Find Updates

observed behavior:
The latest version for this theme is 0.6.20101009. However, no updates are offered.

Update works for other themes like MAC OSX Theme and Office Black
