Following the push for bug 611211, when you load a tree with no recent pushes (http://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Jaegermonkey should serve nicely), first you see the top third of the down arrow obscured by being underneath the top bar, then when you finish loading content and we discover there aren't going to be any pushes to show, the text about "There are no pushes to be displayed. Use the down arrow to add older pushes." has the top third obscured by being under the top bar.
Fixed by backout in bug 611211
