If you navigate to the fifth page of results you will see the same content as the fourth page. All subsequent pages will also display the same results.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open http://input.mozilla.com/en-US/
2. Click 'Older Messages' under 'Latest Feedback'
3. Click 'Older Messages' three more times to get to page four
4. Click 'Older Messages' again to get to page five

Expected:
A new page of results

Actual:
Identical results to the previous page

That's another instance of our unfortunate search pagination bug. Dave, will you fix it and write a test please? Thanks!

Verified. The same issue now occurs at page 50. This has been raised in bug 618072.
