I submitted two try server jobs last night (a12a595e5d20 and 55f512b89797), and it seems that while debug builds were run on both of them, the debug tests were only run on Windows for the former, and on no platform for the latter. A quick look shows the same problem for other people as well. This is very serious, as there are a certain number of failures (such as the ones that I wanted to check last night) that _only_ happen on debug builds.
Did you check the results of your builds? Looks like the debug build of 55f512b89797 failed due to hg timing out (http://stage.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/tryserver-builds/eakhgari@mozilla.com-55f512b89797/tryserver-win32-debug/tryserver-win32-debug-build5217.txt.gz)

I'm going to take this so I can keep an eye out today for any inconsistencies in debug tests being triggered.

So it may have been related to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=615776 but there's not a good way to know for sure. However all try pushes since that landed are getting the debug builds they request.
