616018 - Render add-on bar on glass on Windows Aero glass in Vista & Windows 7

On Windows Vista and 7, the add-on bar should be rendered on a glass shelf rather than the grey bar it currently rests on.  This is for two reasons:

• Consistency with Firefox's visual hierarchy.  In Firefox 4.0, items rendered on the back "layer" of the browser, such as the Firefox button, are items that relate to Firefox globally rather than the currently open page.  This describes the items in the add-on bar.

• Less visual weight.  The current solid bar makes the bottom of the browser window feel heavy.

Any chance of adding curvature to the top of the frosting on the addon bar, so it's displayed in the same way as the menu, as an independent strip?

That'd be really nice and balance well with the top of the bar.  Shorlander, do you think that's possible?
