remove amo.STATUS_LISTED and all references to it.

Does this mean that all references to `constants.base.STATUS_LISTED`should get completely removed including admin select box, with no replacement?
That sounds right.  Can you put a screenshot of the admin select box so I can tell for sure? Thanks

Yep, you can get rid of the 'listed' option in that box.

SO, I'm able to access https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/foxage2ch/edit  which used to be a self-hosted add-on. Now, the app status is 'Disabled by mozilla', i think we are okay.
