Over in bug 612052, we allowed entering feedback longer than the maximum allowed length by switching to a TextArea. That's nice, but allows line breaks and is not exactly what we want.

Instead, we should subclass django.forms.TextInput to make it output an <input type=text> tag *without maxlength attribute*, while still enforcing the max length during validation.
