User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101129 Firefox/4.0b8pre Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101129 Firefox/4.0b8pre The Preferences test calls for the home button to open the set home page in a previously opened tab. However, it opens a new tab and then loads the home page Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Home page using "Use Current Page" 2. Open new tab in tab toolbar 3. Click the home button Actual Results: A new tab opened and then loaded the set home page. Expected Results: Home page should have loaded in previously opened tab.
Can you please check how many tabs were open before you have pressed the button "Use current Page(s)? If it was with a fresh profile, there should have been two tabs open. Both will be the homepage, and will cause an additional tab to open when clicking the home button.

One tab was opened when the home page was set. When doing the test a blank tab page was opened and the home button pushed. Instead of directing the blank tab to the home page it opened a new tab with the home page.
Does it mean you are still seeing this behavior? Do you have a chance to create a screencast?
