Attached patch v1Splinter Review
In bug 586664, buildernames will be changed to a more consistent form. The transition to the new names will not be instant, so we still need to be able to parse the traditional ones.

This has caused the WINNT debug builders to be named WinXP which is inaccurate.

It's a bit uglier than that, really: the /xp/i.test(name) in http://hg.mozilla.org/users/mstange_themasta.com/tinderboxpushlog/rev/6d0016443687#l1.27 matches for any not-yet-matched _xp_cshell test, so on most trees we're now seeing the Win2K3 debug xpcshell listed as being WinXP, whatever, and the n900 xpcshell (which is fortunately hidden on both Mobile and Try) listed as being WinXP, which is... not quite accurate.
It's not?
