http://people.mozilla.com/~chowse/drop/amo/devtools/v3/manage_addon/05_versions.png "This add-on is awaiting full review": No. There is a file for a version awaiting full review. There may be previous versions that already passed. "...your add-on is not listed in our gallery": Only if there are no approved versions yet. Please rectify and post copy/pastable strings. Thank you.
These status messages correspond directly to the add-on's status field. The only time the add-on's status field should be under review is when the first version is submitted. Once the initial version is processed, the add-on's status is whatever the latest reviewed version is. If subsequent versions are up for review, the dev will look down the page to see what the status of those are. Example: * 1.0 of Password Exporter is submitted and selects prelim review. The status message says the add-on is awaiting prelim review. * 1.0 is reviewed. The status is now preliminarily reviewed. * 2.0 is submitted and automatically pending prelim review. The status message still says the add-on is preliminarily reviewed. For extra clarity, we could replace (or add to) Last changed date with "Displayed version: 1.0" If you think this is wrong, let's talk monday.
