User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; GTB0.0; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.30729)
Build Identifier: Firefox 4.0 Beta 7
If I view a PDF inside of Firefox using Reader X, then I use Alt + Tab to switch focus between IE window (or any other app window) and Firefox 4, once the focus is back to Firefox, keyboard navigation (such as page down or down arrow key) does not work until I click on Firefox window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Firefox 4 Beta 7
2. Install Reader X (www.adobe.com)
3. Launch IE or Notepad, or any other application
4. Launch Firefox and open any PDF - http://acroeng.adobe.com/Test_Files/quickie/SONNETS.pdf
5. Alt + Tab to bring focus to another app
6. Alt + Tab to bring focus back to Firefox
7. Press on "Page Down" or down arrow key
Actual Results:
Notice that the page does not scroll until you click on the Firefox window. Bug does not happen in Firefox 3.6.12 with Reader X.
Expected Results:
Pages should scroll when I press Page Down down key.
Notice that the bug does not happen with Firefox 3.6.12 and IE.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101208 Firefox/4.0b8pre
Able to reproduce. Pressing page down does not scroll the tab with pdf content, if focus is brought back from other application to firefox. Once firefox window is highlighted, able to scroll the page with "Page down" key.
