Hi Rafael - using a machine from which you've already submitted a survey response, but from a different browser, just submit another survey response, and you'll get the error -- browser type doesn't matter:

I haven't found a way, now, to clear/reset the vote, in order to test this.  I've tried clearing cache/cookies, using different browsers, etc.  How can I re-reproduce this?  Thanks.
