Details

(donate.mozilla.org really needs its own component given all the bugs it will acquire.) Some of the form labels are lowercased and some aren't (t-shirt size is, for example). Personally, I think you should standardize on the first letter of each label being capitalized. While you're there, it should probably be "Enter Your T-shirt Size". (Note the capital "Your".)
