As per http://people.mozilla.com/~chowse/drop/amo/devtools/v3/manage_addon/08_payments.png, we need to indicate optional fields in the developer profile form in the Payments page.

As of now, "What's next?" is not a required field

We require it in remora to show the "meet the devs" blurb on the details pages.  Is there somewhere in remora that says it's optional?

Yeah, but I'm saying the form to create them doesn't say it's optional.  It sounds like an oversight that it's lasted this long.

I don't see any reason why that field should be required. What if the developer is the kind who doesn't plan ahead? ;)
