Some contributors have pointed out that showing two significant digits for the response rate in the sidebar would be helpful. Since the response rate is currently in the single digits, showing the extra digit would show more detailed progress (eg: 1.2% yesterday to 1.9% today) Here's what I'm proposing: When response rate is >= 10%, show the rate to the nearest 1%. Example: 15% When response rate is < 10%, show the rate to the nearest .1%. Example: 3.4% I'd give it P1 in our list of tweaks and fixes. Thanks!
