A couple things:

* On an empty profile, we don't talk about what the user has _not_ done, like not sharing info.
* With a relatively full profile, it looks a lot better.

Some avatar should be there, it's probably missing because all the media for the gallery is missing. Filed bug 626677 to copy media over.
