617223 - make sure all /mobile pages have the proper download button

Per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=613298#c15, we should double-check all the /mobile pages and make sure they have the proper secondary download button (in the upper right corner). The correct functionality is that the button should link to the mobile download page rather than initiating a desktop download like it does elsewhere.

Adding the [redesign] whiteboard tag, but this isn't a launch blocker.

Could I get confirmation on these? The pages in question are: Sync, Get Involved, and FAQ (see notes in the list above).

Sync page - yes, we should make this fix there
Get Involved - also a yes
FAQ - also a yes
