The game uses flash to capture keypresses, so you need to click in the flash frame before it can detect keypresses.
And at least for me it always starts with the right side so you need to start with the right side (the "L" key).
WFM with those changes:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101206 Firefox/4.0b8pre

@Cork:- Still its not working i cant play the game in mozilla, but i chrome or Safari or Opera, its working quite fine.
Works for me as well. Like stated above, the game doesn't start until you press the L key and works as expected after that.
Does the problem still exist using the latest nightly?
I'm using:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101213 Firefox/4.0b8pre

Also, what version of Flash are you using? (See about:support for precise version)
If not the latest, can you try updating it please.
