617307 - zoom out/in one month button fails in statistics page

Issue#1: zoom out one month fails after some zoom outs

Steps:
------
- Load https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/statistics/addon/1865
- Click on Zoom out one month level multiple times(say 4 times)

Observed behavior: Zoom out one month level fails to zoom out further and even Zoom in does not work at this point

In Tools->Error Console, following message appears:
Error: matches is null

Issue#2: zoom in behaves unexpectedly and actually zooms out to multiple months

Steps:
------
- Load https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/statistics/addon/1865
- Click on Zoom out one month multiple times(say 2 times)
- Then click on Zoom in one month

Observed behavior: instead of Zoom in one month actually zooms out and shows up multiple months
