Fx button doesnot appear when disabled tabbar with single tab open

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open firefox with single tab
2.now goto Preferences->Tabs
3.Uncheck the option "Always show tab bar"
Actual Results:  
Firefox(Fx) button doesnot appear
