my original request which gave me Level 1 access (bug 484902) has my ssh key and commit access form information as well as vouchers.

I believe I need one more voucher from a module owner?

I will continue to vouch for Joel, but I'm not a module owner.  Joel, perhaps ask one of the mobile guys you've been working with?  Reviewing [1], I see that Blassey is a module owner for Android widgets.  Since you've worked with him, he might be a good person to ask.
