steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/submit/2
2. Upload a valid .xpi file
3. in [step 3] enter add-on description and click continue
4. In [step 4], select an icon and click continue
5. In [step 5], click on [step 3] in the left-side navigation menu
6. Change the add-on name and description
7. Click on [step 5] in the left-side navigation menu
8. Complete the upload process

expected behavior:
Changes made in step #6, are saved

actual behavior:
changes are not saved.

If you don't submit the form nothing is going to change.
