Details

On the latest Minefield 20101206, even after I "Stop Using This Account" to clear sync preferences, the value for services.sync.lastversion is still "user set" to @weave_version@. It should contain an actual version of some sort.
Duping this to bug 574380 which is about making various constants, such as the @weave_version@ one useful on nightlies.
