Power outlets are almost as scarce as network drops. The new version of the GS108T (the -200 version) does PoE-PD, so it can be powered from the phone closets. We should get one to play with (and I need a desktop switch) http://www.netgear.com/business/products/switches/smart-switches/GS108T-200.aspx
