STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Crash the current tab in Fennec, e.g. with STR on Bug 617703:
> On a Nokia n900 with flashplayer installed:
> 1. Set pref "plugin.disable" to false in fennec, & restart
> 2. Visit http://listen.grooveshark.com

A dialog comes up saying "Sorry! Something went wrong while displaying a web page." with options to close tab / reload tab (and crash-report box checked by default).

Regardless of which button I press, the next thing I see (for maybe 2-5 seconds, until the page reloads or until fennec kicks you over to the next tab) is a blank splash screen, with what looks like a file-picker in the upper-left corner, with some file in my fennec profile selected by default. The widget is active -- I can click "Browse..." and invoke the file-picking functionality. (but I haven't actually tried choosing a file, because I don't know what will happen to it.)

See upcoming screenshot.
