Does your username or password contain non-ASCII characters?
What is an non-ASCII characters?? My user name has _
A non-ASCII character is something that doesn't appear in the table at http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/4/4f/ASCII_Code_Chart.svg/1000px-ASCII_Code_Chart.svg.png I assume you don't get a "You are not authorized to view this page" page, but rather something else? Does spoofing the IE user-agent string in Firefox let you access the site?

(Where or how can I get access to allow spoofing the IE user-agent string in Firefox, then I could try that ) > A non-ASCII character is something that doesn't appear in the table at > http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/4/4f/ASCII_Code_Chart.svg/1000px-ASCII_Code_Chart.svg.png > > I assume you don't get a "You are not authorized to view this page" page, but > rather something else? > > Does spoofing the IE user-agent string in Firefox let you access the site?
Can you access to the site with the same username/password with another browser?
(In reply to comment #6) > Can you access to the site with the same username/password with another > browser? The recommended is Internet Explorer 6, or 7. I generally used Mozilla Fox but cannot get acres to this database, and this is a real issue for me???

I have accessed the system with Internet Explorer using same username/password
By any chance, can you send me your username/password so I can test? or can you create a pair for me if you have admin access to the server? Send me that by email.
