Reproducible: Sometimes

Does this also happens in -safe-mode (http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode) ?

Anything in Tools -> Error console when this happens ?

I am seeing this as well, on Linux. (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101208 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.7)

It happens rarely, but when it does it definitely moves an extra message into the Trash folder associated with the account.
