It'd be nice to add bulk-editing to testcases for changes environment variables as well as test suites and tags.
This will probably require additional API support, depending exactly what needs to be bulk-editable.

We need the following bulk actions for test cases:
1. Activate / disable
2. adding / removing tags
3. Create a test suite from selected cases
    1. with option to create a test run with this suite, too
4. delete

Also add the following for suites:
1. activate / disable
2. Create test run from selection

Mass-closing remaining MozTrap bugs as WONTFIX, due to 1) the Mozilla-hosted instance being decommissioned (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/TestEngineering/Testrail), and, for now, 2) the still-up code archived at its GitHub page: https://github.com/mozilla/moztrap (we'll decide what's next for that, in the near future).
