steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/personas/
2. Compare it to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/personas/

We need the category fly-down menu on landing pages for Personas, Theme and Search tools.
The collapsed category menu can go away.
