618174 - Registering a new account during SSO flow should return user to original page

Repro Steps:
1) Have CAS redirect you to /users/login?service=http%3a%2f%2fmdn.nutria%2fforums%2fucp.php%3fmode%3dlogin
2) Click Register link
3) Register

Expected:
User is redirected to original service link - 
http://mdn.nutria/forums/ucp.php/mode=login

Actual:
User is not logged in.
Original Registration link in navigation doesn't include service, nor does user's session capture this value, so there is no way to redirect the user back to the service url.
