618180 - Double notification sync error when setting up a new sync account

I hit this when trying to setup a new sync account on minefield today.  See screenshot.   Let me know if you need the full log also

Repro:
1) install  Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101209 Firefox/4.0b8pre
2) set up new sync account through the wizard
3) watch sync run through setup, and verify errors are thrown.
4) Sync also failed to complete successfully.

Expected:
- Sync success, no double error

Actual:
- double notificiation error, sync fails

FWIW I just got this in Fx 4 Beta 9*. I wasn't trying to set up a sync account, I was just browsing and suddenly the master password prompt popped up as well as the two bars in the above screenshot.

This bug only affects Sync 1.1, and it was shut down in the fall of 2015 (https://blog.mozilla.org/services/2015/07/31/shutting-down-the-legacy-sync-service/).

Also, we removed those notifications error bars from Sync (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1180587).
