618201 - Messages stays in Inbox after imapfilter moves it to another folder

I have my email filtered by imapfilter ( http://imapfilter.hellug.gr/ ) every 3 minutes. Sometimes TBird gets new messages during a time when a message is in my Inbox and not yet filtered. It shows up there to be expected. However, later, when the message has been filtered to the right folder, in TBird it now shows up in both locations (the Inbox and the folder it was filtered to).

After a restart of TBird the issue is gone (ie: the messages only show up in the filtered folder, not the Inbox).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have something outside of TBird filter your mail periodically but turn it off for now.
2. Send a message to your account which would be filtered by that filter.
3. Have TBird check for new mail and confirm it is in your Inbox.
4. Run the external mail filter.
5. Have TBird check for new mail again.
6. Confirm the message is both in the filtered folder and the Inbox.
7. Restart TBird and confirm that same message only shows up in the filtered folder.

Based on reading other bug reports I thought it might be an issue with using IMAP IDLE and an external mail filter so I turned IDLE off and followed the same Steps to Reproduce; same result. IDLE on or off doesn't matter.
