Emails sent with attachments in uuencode format will not forward properly.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Receive an email with an attachment sent in uuencode.
2.  Click "Forward" to forward the email.
3.  In the ensuing "Write: Fwd: ..." window, Thunderbird will dump the attachment encoding into the body of the email, and drop the attachment.  It's most uncivil.

Yes, yes, this is an issue apparently reported in 2005.  Either nothing was ever done about it, or the problem is back in version 3.1.7.
