Opt-in to the WebM beta (unless the beta is over, of course): http://www.youtube.com/html5
    Check about:config to ensure you don't have a pre-4.0 setting for "general.useragent.override"
    Play this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXYVyrrUZ3c
    Switch speed from normal to the 1/4, 1/2, normal, 1.5x, 2x speeds

	
Expected Results:

    The lower panel of the video should show "HTML5 WEBM"
    Video and audio should play smoothly
    Speeds should vary relative to the chosen speed
