618543 - Logging into http://www.studentloan.com (Citibank) fails to load account page

http://www.studentloan.com is impossible to use with Firefox 4. After logging in, you are directed to your account information page. However, it triggers the following warning in the console:

"Warning: An unbalanced tree was written using document.write() causing data from the network to be reparsed. For more information https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Optimizing_Your_Pages_for_Speculative_Parsing Source File: https://studentloan.citibank.com/mbslcsite?op=my_account Line: 28, Column: 0 Category: DOM Events"

And the process of reloading/reparsing the page causes this error on the site:

"An error occured while processing your request. To avoid this error from occurring again, please do not click your browser's back button."

So far, the only option I've found is to use Firefox 3.x.

I've sent a message to Citi via their "Contact Us" form, and I included a link to this bug report.

Ok, now instead of getting an error message, the site continually asks me to login... even though it looks like I'm already logged in.

So here's a screenshot showing the current state of things, and the contents of the Web Console.  I'm putting this stuff here mainly so I can point Citi to it.

I sent them another email. Lets see if I get an actual responce this time.

Turns out the site is broken by blocking 3rd party cookies. The account management pages use frames which load from multiple domains.

Too bad the site never gave any useful error messages... >_<
