There is a picture where you can see the Error is looping if you press okay it will update again and fail. I have no other firefox open but it keeps telling me that I do. Its the newest update, I can't even use my firefox anymore. BTW if you can help please don't suggest to uninstall firefox and reinstall because my profile in firefox is already very complicated
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2.Firefox updates
3.Firefox error appears
4.Enter "Ok" and goes back to firefox update
5.Firefox error appears
6.repeat 3-5 for the Loop
Actual Results:

Please attach (using the 'Add an attachment' link above) the following files which can be located with a default install as follows:
for Windows Vista and above type the following in the Start Menu search box and press return.
%LOCALAPPDATA%
Then navigate to \Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\
active-update.xml
navigate to the updates subdirectory
last-update.log and backup-update.log
navigate to the 0 subdirectory under updates
update.status and if present update.log
I back-uped my bookmarks and other stuff uninstall and reinstall to fix it.
