Screenshot Edit Collection box
In the Polish locale go to Add-ons for Firefox > Collections > My Favorite Add-ons then click Edit Collection. In the Description tab many elements are displayed in English.

Good catch! This was my mistake, I was using an outdated tower library that wasn't extracting all the strings. Fixed!
