User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13

The attachment shows up at the usual place but has a message in red indicating that it can not be attached. The files are not large and used to work in Yahoo Mail. They will work in IE (latest version).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lot on the Firefox
2. Compose a message in Yahoo Mail and add an attachment
3 [review]. Look for failure message in red at bottom of page
Actual Results:
It happens every time I attempt to send any kind of attachment no matter how small.
Please try it in the Firefox safemode : http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13

Works for me.
There are two ways to add attachments in Yahoo Mail. The old way with the attach button at the top of the compose area. And the newer 'Attach files more easily' option at the bottom. Which are you using? I haven't tried the latter option yet.
Oh and which version of Yahoo Mail are you using: the current version, the classic version, or the beta version? I was referring to the current version.
Version: unspecified → 3.6 Branch
