Steps to Reproduce

What should have happened:

a page should load normally



What actually happened:
----------------------------------------
any page will not load unless the browser is getting some sort of feedback. example: user is typing in the browser window, or user is moving mouse in browser window. however as soon as the user stops giving feedback the browser stops loading, as soon as the user gives feedback again the browser resumes loading untill the user stops again.

no, it wasn't the newest version, but it is also happening on one of my friends 4.0 beta. I'm ruining the nightly build:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101208 Firefox/4.0b8pre ID:20101208044747

note: i restarted the browser and the error hasn't returned yet, I'm also updating to the newest nightly build to see if the error persists
