61876 - Add Folder Window: Layout Problem with Long Folders.

Build ID:  2000120220

Open up the Add new Folder Window (File | New | Folder).  Create a folder as a
subfolder of a folder with a larger name (10+ characters).  If you notice, the
name, create subfolder of, and buttons all slide over beyond the boundries of
the window.  If you chose a really long folder, both buttons will slide out of
clickable range.  Perhaps the window should be initialized to allow for this?

See the latest patch in bug #52564. Peter jag has proposed a good fix for IMAP
servers like nsmail-2 but it does not totally work for UW:IMAP servers.
Scott, If you agree we can checkin that fix.

Since neither UW or long folder names work correctly currently, as I understand 
it, I think it would be fine to fix this bug and then fix the UW bug at a later 
date.

I'm not convninced this is completely fixed.  On my computer (build 2001010804)
800x600, if you choose a long folder name, the window expands enormously (bout
6x the origional size, and moves beyond the bounds of the normal display.  It's
better, but not perfect.  Thanks!

Brian Z, your build number indicates a 4 am build. This was fixed after 11 am
the same day.

with tomorrow's build (or today's 9 pm one).
