Steps:
------
1)Load https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/
2)Do some search
ex: https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=&cat=all&x=12&y=25
Result: In Search Results page, Refine Results section is coming below the search results

https://wiki.mozilla.org/AMO:Developers/FrontEndStandards says we only support the latest version of IE.
