Items in about:sync-tabs are not refreshed when using mobile device as client B.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Environment:
Client A: Desktop: FF 4.0b8 -latest trunk
Client B: Device:  Fennec 4.0b3 - latest mobile build

1. Install FF 4.0b8 latest trunk.
2. On device, install Fennec 4.0b3 latest mobile build.
3. On fennec, load www.cnn.com. Sync.
4. Sync with desktop.
5. Go to about:sync-tabs
6. On device,  load www.msn.com, in the current tab (don't load it in another tab). Sync.
7. Sync with desktop.
8. Go to about:sync-tabs.
Actual Results:  
After step 5 and step 8, the user  sees "www.cnn.com", in Tabs from other computers.

Expected Results:  
After step 5, the user should see "www.cnn.com", in Tabs from other computers.
After step 8, the user should see "www.msn.com", in Tabs from other computers.

about:sync-tabs is no longer the primary UI for Fennec. The "Remote" list in the awesomescreen is the primary UI. How does it work there?
