Details

A new full release, in addition or replacement to the "what's new"
page, should display tooltips for any UI changes or new features. All of these
tooltips should pop up on first launch and a special about:whatsnew
(which could be linked to from the whats new page) could link to these
as well. These should have links to relevent documentation and usage.
