The solaris-sparc-test buildslave is gating the acceptance testsuite time by being 30 min longer than any other test step. Moving the Testsuite_Debug step to deep will reduce the overall test phase to ~ 1 hr.

We would still be running the debug-debugger in the first phase in order to catch any asserts that might fire correct. And we would still be running the entire testsuite with debug builds, but just not as often as we currently are. So we are not dropping any testing, just doing it less often.
