In Netscape 6.0 FCS build (11/30/00) for Sparc Solaris.
1. Tasks -> Composer.
2. Opened a file in Composer.
3. Copyed text (example: "Pass")in a table. Pasted the copied text in the same
table. The pasted text will be surrounded by a rectangle box. In 4.7x, there was
no box but just the text.

over to Editor.  Unable to reproduce on Mac, win32 or Linux builds
